About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will lead the overall operations of the clinic, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, efficient day-to-day workflows, and a high-performing team. You will work closely with clinical, front office, and patient coordination teams to deliver outstanding care while driving operational and financial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the clinical and front office teams.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, chairside support, and clinical compliance.
- Managing rosters, recruitment, performance, and training.
- Driving operational and commercial performance to meet clinic goals.
- Fostering a calm, professional, and supportive environment for patients and staff.
About You
You are an organised, confident, and commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You bring strong leadership capability and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences while developing high-performing teams.
You will ideally have:
- Experience managing clinic operations, financial performance, and team development
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams including clinical and administrative staff
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for patient care, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
