You’ll begin as a Front Office Coordinator – the warm, welcoming face of Dental Boutique. From greeting patients to managing appointments and ensuring each visit runs smoothly, you’ll help create a memorable and seamless experience for every client.
But this role goes beyond the front desk.
If you have a natural ability to build trust, communicate with confidence, and help people take the next step, you’ll transition into a Patient Sales Consultant – guiding clients through their smile journey with care and clarity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
- “Check in” and “check out” clients while managing appointment schedules
- Handle phone enquiries and complete admin tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Create a calm, confident environment that puts patients at ease
- Coordinate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

- Build trust and rapport with clients while presenting treatment options
