About the Role
You’ll play a key support role in our recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to bring great talent into the business. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll learn the ins and outs of Talent Acquisition while making a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process across clinical and corporate roles
- Create and post job ads across platforms like SEEK, LinkedIn and Employment Hero
- Review applications and assist with shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed and ensure a positive, professional experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Assist with reference checks and pre-employment checks
- Pitch in on recruitment projects and continuous improvements
What you’ll bring:
- 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, & admin (or a relevant qualification)
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple roles at once
- Confident communication and a natural ability to build rapport
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Interest in building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition
Nice to have:
- Exposure to healthcare, dental, or multi-site environments
- Experience with platforms like SEEK, LinkedIn or Employment Hero
