Accounts Payable Administrator – Immediate Start

About Us:
De Goey Contractors (DGC) provides specialist services in fabrication, protective coating, process piping, manufacturing, and labour hire. Our experienced team supports a wide range of coal mining, terminal maintenance, and port maintenance projects with a strong focus on quality, safety, and performance.
The Role
This is a full-time office based position with an immediate start available. You will be responsible for:
• Onboarding and maintaining supplier relationships, source and negotiate pricing agreements
• Complete purchasing procedures to company guidelines; issuing and receipting purchase orders
• Overseeing DGC’s supplier management systems
• Support procurement and purchasing processes across the business
• Assisting with accounts payable procedures and providing support as required
• Communicate with various site managers regarding purchasing requirements
• Experience and knowledge of mining/maintenance industry preferred
What You’ll Bring
• Experience with Felix supplier management system (highly regarded)
• Solid understanding of purchasing and accounts processes
• Good Excel skills and confidence with digital platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
