Responsibilities:

– Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and staff supervision

– Ensure that the store meets or exceeds sales targets and customer satisfaction goals by providing exceptional service to customers

– Train and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets

– Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available at all times

– Assist with preparing sales reports and completing administrative tasks as needed

– Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

– Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly

-Assist with implementing marketing strategies to drive sales

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred

-Minimum of 5 years of experience working in hospitality roles

-Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team

-Punctual with strong time management skills

-Knowledgeable about inventory management systems and reporting tools.
