About the Role
We are looking for experienced, compassionate, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with individuals to support their goals, daily routines, and social engagement, enabling them to live life on their terms.

Please note:
- Our shift lengths vary from 2-4 hours with the possibility of multiple shifts on a day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
- Support clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household tasks.
- Facilitate community access and participation in social or recreational activities.
- Follow support plans and implement behaviour management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes in clients’ needs or well-being.
- Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and support coordinators.
About You
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills especially responsiveness.
- A reliable, proactive, and empathetic approach to care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekend or evening shifts.
Essential and Preferred Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Mental Health Disability Support Services.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field (preferred).
- Must be willing to travel up to 45 minutes for services.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory).
- Working With Children Check (mandatory).
- Attend development training as requested (mandatory).
