Summary:

As a Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in nurturing and supporting the development of children in a safe and engaging environment. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities and programmes.
• Assist children with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and playtime.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and behaviour.
• Maintain a clean and organised environment conducive to learning and play.
• Observe and assess children’s development and report any concerns to management.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Understanding of child development principles and practices.
