Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Director to oversee the daily operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The Centre Director will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the organization
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, staff, and external partners
• Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services
• Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, social work, education)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff and develop policies and procedures
• Experience in budget management and financial planning
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Experience in program evaluation and quality improvement
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
