Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating area
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking orders
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a passion for coffee and customer service is essential
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes
