Facilities /Administrative Support Officer
About the Role:
We have an opportunity available for an experienced Facilities Officer to support the Chief Financial Officer with the building maintenance, safety, and presentation of all Cyrenian House sites.
The position will also involve general IT support and provide general finance support to the finance team.
Based at our Corporate Office, Fitzgerald Street, Perth, the position is a full-time role working 76 hours per fortnight. Travel to and from other Cyrenian House sites will be required.
Salary level 4 $93,490 – $99,365 per annum (with a 3% increase from April 2026) plus salary
packaging options available.

To be appointed / successful in this role. You will require the following key qualifications, skills and experience:
·Previous experience working in service provision role/s.
·Demonstrated ability to use computer applications.
·Knowledge of IT and office equipment and the ability to solve problems.
·Strong coordination skills to comprehend required duties and quickly understand the best method for completing them.
·Understanding of Work Health and Safety requirements.
·Possess excellent attention to detail skills.
·Previous experience supporting a finance team.
·Current Police Clearance, Driver’s Licence, First Aid Certificate, and full work rights.
Desirable:
·Experience in contract an asset register systems.
·Building or construction industry experience (provision of, or procurement)
·Demonstrated ability to use accounting processing program.
·Experience using the following software packages will be highly regarded: TRAILD, asana, MYOB Advanced and Acumatica.
