CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Business Partnership Manager to join our team in South Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and developing strong business-to-business relationships across the South Australian market. By gaining a deep understanding of our clients’ operations and workforce needs, you will position CELOTTI WORKFORCE as a trusted recruitment and labour hire partner.
The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, delivering exceptional service, and providing tailored workforce solutions to meet our clients’ labour hire and recruitment requirements, while supporting sustainable growth across the region.
About the Role:
This role is focused on building strong partnerships, driving strategic growth, and developing new business opportunities across South Australia. Supported by an experienced operational team who manage recruitment, compliance, and administration, you’ll be free to focus on what you do best—building relationships and growing the client base. With dedicated backend support ensuring quality delivery, you can be confident your clients will receive responsive service and right-fit candidates every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of clients requiring ongoing labour hire and recruitment support across temporary and permanent placements.
- Develop and maintain long-term business partnerships through regular client engagement and a deep understanding of workforce needs.
- Drive brand awareness of CELOTTI WORKFORCE across South Australia through proactive networking, industry engagement, and market presence.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, referrals, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- Work closely with the internal operational team to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and right-fit candidates for client requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of local industry trends, workforce demands, and market activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and growth targets for the region.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in sales and building strong client relationships.
- Background in labour hire, recruitment, HR, or industrial/technical sales preferred.
- Knowledge of industries such as mining, construction, engineering, oil & gas, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Strong local market knowledge and professional network.
- Confident managing a sales pipeline and developing long-term client partnerships.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/recruitment systems.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
- Current Driver’s License
