About You:

We’re looking for Educators who are:

Passionate about early childhood education and supporting children’s development
Positive, reliable and team-focused
Able to build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and team members
Committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences
Knowledgeable about the EYLF, NQS and child-led learning approaches

What You’ll Bring

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
Experience in early learning environments preferred but not essential

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting children’s development through play-based learning
Creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Working collaboratively with the team to develop and implement learning programs
Communicating with families to share children’s learning and build trust
Embodying Curiosity Tree’s values in your daily practice
