Network Operations Centre Engineer

As a NOC Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, managing incidents, service requests, and changes to keep their networks performing at their best. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with experts across the business, and play a key role in keeping mission-critical systems running.

What you’ll do

• Act as the first point of contact for Cube Networks customers, handling incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.
• Proactively monitor network events and alerts, triaging and resolving issues where possible or escalating as needed
• Work directly with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records in our ITSM tools and ensure SLAs are consistently met.
• Support continual improvement by contributing to knowledge base articles and identifying recurring issues.
• Participate in a 24×7 rotating shift roster.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience or strong understanding of networking, security, collaboration, cloud, or data centre technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work methodically under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Relevant industry certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft, ITILv4) are highly regarded.
• A collaborative approach, willingness to learn, and a passion for solving problems.
