A day in your new work life
As our sample management associate, you’ll support our scientists by managing every bioanalytical sample that comes through our doors.
That means you’ll be:
- Inspecting and verifying shipments as they come and go
- Monitoring and managing sample storage
- Developing and communicating shipment schedules
- Preparing and maintaining shipment records and databases
- Coordinating logistics and timelines with vendors
- Assisting clients with sample shipments
- Providing general lab support – including consumables procurement
What we’re looking for
To be our top pick, you’ll need to love being organised, be a master of the minutiae, and enjoy working in a team.
At least three years of experience in a similar role is ideal. (Unless you can convince us why you don’t need it.) And even though you’ll work in a lab, you don’t need a science degree. In fact, a certificate-level qualification in logistics management or lab sample management is preferable.
