Food & Beverage Supervisor

Located just minutes from Macquarie Park Metro station, our hotel serves a diverse mix of business and leisure travellers. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, supporting staff to maintain high standards, ensuring outstanding customer service that supports our goal of creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead F&B staff during service
• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control and ordering
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
• Support event planning and execution where required
• Assist in administrative duties such as rosters, reporting and shift management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or food & beverage
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – required
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
