Room Attendant

Are you passionate about hospitality and take pride in providing a clean, welcoming space for guests? At Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport, we’re seeking energetic and detail-focused Part time Room Attendants to join our friendly and professional in-house Housekeeping team.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering the exceptional guest experience we’re known for—helping create a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay for every guest. Please note: we are only accepting applications from candidates with full working rights in Australia. Full time role may also be considered.

What you’ll do:

• Clean guest rooms, including bathrooms, changing linens, dusting and vacuuming as per the Crowne Plaza brand standard
• Replenish linen, towels, toiletries, and amenities
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including trolleys and pantries
• Assist with guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as required
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and kneeling for extended periods

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 6 months of Housekeeping experience
• A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• It’s a physical role and you’ll be on your feet most of the day, so fitness is important
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• Must have full working rights for Australia
