As Australia’s leading foreign currency provider, Crown Currency Exchange is in an exciting period of growth. This rapid expansion means we’re looking for self-motivated, results-focused sales experts to join our East and South East Teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales performance by proactively engaging customers and converting enquiries into transactions.
• Maximise revenue opportunities by confidently recommending products and upselling complementary travel money solutions.
• Handle transactions with attention to detail, ensuring smooth and accurate currency exchanges.
• Work as part of a high-performing sales team, supporting your colleagues and contributing to the store’s targets.

About You:

• You have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and you thrive in a customer-facing sales environment.
• You’re a natural at building rapport quickly, turning every customer interaction into a sales opportunity.
• You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in every transaction.
• You have experience in retail or banking sales and are confident handling cash and closing a sale.
• You’re enthusiastic about travel and can leverage that passion to connect with customers and drive conversions.
• You’re able to work flexibly but predominantly weekends.
• Ability to work in our East / South-Easy Stores (Wantirna South, Dandenong, Keysborough, Narre Warren, Forest Hill, Ringwood and Chirnside Park).
