The Timeslot Co-Ordinator and Admin plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and supply chain processes within our organisation. Based in Manila, this position is essential for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient transport management by the co-ordination of timeslot bookings and co-ordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transport activities, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the overall logistics operations, contributing to the company’s success in the competitive logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with receiving customers and transport operations to book timeslots for deliveries.
• Coordinate with the transport scheduling department and liaise with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities and customer interactions.
• Assist in the preparation of transport documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise logistics processes and resolve any issues.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
• Support the administration of transport contracts and agreements.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent English fluency is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
