We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our growing team at our new facility in Moorebank, NSW.

Summary:

The Customer Excellence Team play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty within the road transport industry. Based in Moorebank, New South Wales, this permanent, full-time position is essential for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing customer feedback mechanisms and driving continuous improvement initiatives, thereby contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support
• Accurately input and maintain data across systems and reports
• Check, reconcile, and file transport paperwork
• Assist customers with queries in a timely and professional manner
• Handle general office duties including phones, filing, and data entry
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and uphold company standards
• Assist in other areas of the business when required
• Act as a liaison between Customers, Operations and Management to ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of transport and customer service experience is required
• Familiarity with TMS software (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with proven data entry skills
• Problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to follow processes and adapt to changing workloads
• Strong work ethic with ability to work within a team.
• Customer service experience with ability to handle enquiries professionally
• Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
