About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Team Member to join our team in our Canning Vale branch. This role will see you involved across all core warehouse functions including Inwards, Despatch, Stock Taking, Picking, and general store operations. Full time role, day shift.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, and dispatched accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of safety, organisation, and inventory control. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident working both independently and as part of a team, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

- Receive and process incoming goods (Inwards), including checking deliveries against purchase orders and reporting discrepancies
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for internal production and customer despatch
- Pack, label and stage goods for collection or delivery
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles using appropriate handling equipment
- Operate forklift safely and in accordance with company procedures
- Perform regular stocktakes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
- Assist with general warehouse and store duties as required
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years experience working in a warehouse environment.
- A valid forklift license with experience 1 year +
- Practical problem‑solver who can troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills for order tracking and stock management.
