🏏Join cricket Victoria – We’re hiring a Digital Campaign Specialist for our Communications and Stakeholder Relations team!

We are currently seeking a Digital Content Specialist who who will be responsible for developing and executing all Cricket Victoria’s customer facing marketing activities that support the growth of ticket sales, membership and registrations for consumer products. Optimising reach and conversion across Cricket Victoria is vital in this role. 


💪 The Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across EDM, SMS and paid social channels to drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth. 
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including ad copywriting, A/B testing, performance tracking and ongoing optimisation.
  • Plan and implement programmatic advertising across platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok whilst exploring new digital channels and opportunities.
  • Deliver targeted EDM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Insider, ensuring strong engagement and clear commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns, manage marketing calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, delivering insights, reporting and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Oversee campaign processes including briefing, approvals, weekly WIPs and budget management.


🎯 About You
Essential: 

  • 2-3 years’ experience in performance marketing
  • Previous experience or demonstrated understanding of Salesforce 
  • Demonstrated experience in using data to inform marketing strategies and optimise campaign performance
  • Previous experience planning and executing digital advertising campaigns (specifically email and (eDM) and SMS)
  • Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or other tracking software
  • Knowledge of marketing automation concepts (journeys, tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns)
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns and display advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritise multiple changes

Desirable:

  • Performance marketing or digital advertising experience within a ticketing/membership or events industry
  • Programmatic advertising experience

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant degree such as Business/Marketing/Arts/Communications/Digital or Sports Management
