CCSG Legal is seeking a talented individual to join our vibrant team, specialising in debt recovery. Get ready to dive into a range of engaging tasks and gain hands-on experience. CCSG Legal offer an unmatched exposure to litigation experience across two unique sectors.

As a Paralegal your main aim is to run a high-volume, front-end litigation practice with a focus on recoveries across the insurance and commercial sector.

We work on a hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) for a full-time employee. This role must be able to work a minimum of 4 days per week (however, full-time preferred).

Responsibilities

Here’s an example of your day to day:

  • Prepare court documents and applications related to debt recovery;
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents for enforcement;
  • Collaborate with major clients and actively participate in court proceedings across Australia;
  • Provide essential legal administrative support, including online court filing, drafting, and amending correspondence, and conducting legal research;
  • Engage in customer service-focused activities, regularly communicating with clients and involved parties via phone and email;
  • Master the art of time management and relationship building to excel in your role.

Requirements
