This role will be responsible for some of ASI’s fundamental administrative tasks. All State Interstate (ASI) is the largest field services agency in South Australia. ASI operates a national network of field service agents, highly skilled in interviewing and negotiating with businesses and individuals to resolve debt-related disputes and court matters.

 

You will be the dedicated individual within the business unit that will be responsible for the vital administrative tasks across the department, and as such for the outcomes, timeliness, promptness, and accuracy of all such tasks and responsibilities.

 

You will need to ensure that you are in adherence to all forms of compliance with all and any relative legislative and regulatory requirements and act ethically. You will always conduct yourself] appropriately within a high-performance culture, whilst demonstrating behaviors aligned with the ASI values. This will be achieved through taking accountability, ensuring personal responsibility and continuous improvement to deliver efficiency, market leading customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements.

 

👇 What You’ll Be Doing:

·Process bulk legal work, including document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry

·Manage client relationships, providing regular updates via phone and email

·Coordinate the distribution and service of legal documents to individuals and businesses

·Prepare affidavits, reports, and invoices while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines

·Handle incoming enquiries and assist with resolving administrative issues, maintaining confidentiality at all times

·Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing databases and systems

·Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment
