CRANK is a community‑based coaching organisation delivering 1:1 and group experiences aligned to NDIS goals. We support people 12+ across autism and psychosocial cohorts with programs designed around their interests, goals and desired life and career outcomes. Role Snapshots
Neurodivergent Coaching Specialist
• Design and deliver engaging 1:1 and group sessions (online and on‑site) aligned to NDIS goals.
• Coach social connection, independence, lifelong learning, and work‑readiness.
• Track engagement and outcomes with transparent reporting to participants and care teams.
• Contribute to program improvement and uphold practice standards.
Coaching Team Leader
• Lead a squad of coaches to deliver consistent, high‑quality programs and measurable outcomes.
• Plan schedules and experiences (events, sessions, tailored programs) with stakeholders.
• Build and manage talent pools: recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering, performance.
• Partner with Operations on promotions, logistics, budgets, reporting, and audits.
What You’ll Bring
• Coaching skills – experience in coaching, teaching, youth work, allied health, or similar.
• Tertiary qualification in the coaching topics of your choice.
• Capability supporting neurodivergent people (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Tourette’s) and/or psychosocial disability (depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety, PTSD).
• Professionalism, organisation, creativity, and alignment to our 4F values.
• Required checks: WWCC, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening prior to commencement.

Salary Ranges
Coaching Specialists: $62,000 – $70,000. Coaching Team Leaders: $72,000 – $80,000.
The above salaries are baseline FTE ranges with final salary based on your experience, qualifications and what you can bring to CRANK.
