CPH Group is growing fast — and our PROBOND Facade Cladding division is a major part of that journey.
We’re looking for a Business Manager to take full ownership of this business unit and actively grow it. This is not a back-office management role. You’ll be out in the market building relationships, winning projects, and leading from the front, while also building and managing a high-performing sales and specification team.
You’ll be based in our state-of-the-art Geelong Head Office, with regular travel to Melbourne and interstate as the business expands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Run and grow the PROBOND Facade Cladding Business Unit
- Own the P&L and deliver revenue, margin and growth outcomes
- Personally drive sales, leveraging your industry network and doing face-to-face selling
- Build and manage a long-cycle project pipeline (design → spec → tender → delivery)
- Secure PROBOND as a preferred corporate cladding specification
- Build, lead and mentor a growing sales & specification team
- Drive expansion into NSW and QLD
- Represent PROBOND with architects, designers, façade contractors and builders
- Work closely with the CEO on strategy, growth and market positioning
What You Bring
- Experience selling cladding, façade systems, architectural products or construction materials
- Proven ability to generate opportunities and close long-cycle projects
- Strong understanding of the commercial construction and specification process
- Leadership experience — or ready to step into a senior player–coach role
- Established relationships within architects, specifiers, builders or façade contractors
- Commercial mindset, energy, and the drive to build something meaningful
