We’re CPAP Direct, Australia’s go-to team for sleep and respiratory health – and we’re on the hunt for our next Clinical CPAP Specialist who’s keen to grow into a Diagnostic Sleep Technician (we’ll train you up – no night shifts required!)
🛠 What’s the job?
You’ll kick off your journey as a CPAP Specialist, where you’ll:
- Help customers find their perfect CPAP setup
- Run clinical consultations with care and confidence
- Support people through their sleep therapy journeys
- Work closely with health professionals and referral partners
- Learn about the latest in sleep tech (it’s even cooler than it sounds!)
Once you’ve found your feet, you’ll be trained up as a Sleep Technician, supporting the set up of in-home diagnostic sleep studies. It’s hands-on, tech-savvy, and incredibly rewarding work – and yes, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
🎓 What we’re looking for:
You don’t need to be a sleep expert (yet!), but you do need to bring:
- Ideally a background in CPAP, Pharmacy, Optical, Healthcare, or a similar field (or just a real passion for helping people!)
- A warm, professional manner and strong communication skills
- Tech confidence – you’ll be working with equipment and software
- A team-player vibe, but also able to work independently
- Willingness to learn (we’ll invest in you!)
Bonus points if you’ve worked in clinical settings, respiratory therapy, or customer-facing roles in health or wellness. But honestly, attitude is everything!
