Service and Maintenance Electrician

We are currently seeking a Full Time –Service Electrician – as outlined below working from our office in Taren Point.

About the Role

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Service Electrician to join our Team at the Taren Point office. The ideal candidate will have extensive field service experience as a Service Electrician, a proven track record of maintenance servicing Commercial, Government and Strata premises. Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in a range of Commercial and Strata Environments. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes/standards
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks – Thermal Scanning, RCD Testing and Audit reports
• Completion of Job reports and Forms via Service M8
• To carry out other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job
• To comply with all relevant OH&S legislation and follow building-specific procedures/policy and safety guidelines
• Ability to work overtime/weekends, if required

Qualifications and experience 

• Valid Electrical License and trade qualifications (Essential)
• Strong problem-solving skills concerning technical fault-finding
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills with an ability to build relationships
• Experience working in a commercial environment and comply with safety standards
• Able to work in a team environment and support and assist team members when required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
