Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join our Health & Safety team in Brisbane. This permanent, full-time role is essential for supporting our operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to health and safety standards, contributing to a safe working environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Health & Safety team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of health and safety documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops related to health and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to health and safety compliance.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Support the team in conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or health and safety is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
