Registered Nurses (RNs) or Enrolled Nurses (ENs) in community care deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their own homes, including hands-on assistance with daily living activities, personal care, ongoing assessment and monitoring, medication administration, wound management, and other health-related tasks.

What you’ll do:

• Provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care at home
• Support clients with medication, wound care, and daily living needs
• Monitor health and wellbeing, update care plans, and liaise with families and teams
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life

What you’ll bring:

• Current RN or EN registration (AHPRA)
• Driver’s licence and reliable car
• National Police Clearance (Aged Care)
• First Aid & CPR
• A caring nature, great communication, and teamwork skills
