We are seeking a driven and passionate Account Manager to take ownership of the City West and Western Suburbs of Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse and growing portfolio while building strong, lasting relationships with on-premise and retail partners across this vibrant region.
Your role
As an Account Manager, you will manage a defined NSW territory and be responsible for driving growth, distribution, and visibility across our portfolio. You will be the face of our brands in the trade, delivering exceptional service and building long-term partnerships with bars, restaurants, and retailers.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieving and exceeding sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
Growing business across multiple categories — wine, spirits, and other premium beverages.
Identifying and converting new business opportunities within your territory.
Delivering engaging brand presentations, tastings, and in-venue activations.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting through Salesforce.
Providing insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer opportunities.
Developing monthly and annual business plans to support brand and territory growth.
About you
You are an ambitious, commercially minded professional with a genuine passion for premium beverages. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy blending product knowledge with strong customer relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven sales or hospitality experience, ideally within wine, spirits, or premium beverages.
Strong networks in Sydney’s on-premise and retail trade, particularly in City West and Western Suburbs.
Intermediate to advanced product knowledge across wine and/or spirits (formal qualifications such as WSET highly regarded).
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
High level of computer literacy; Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player.
Current valid driver’s licence.
