Due to continued growth, we are seeking highly experienced Final Trim Grader Operators to join our expanding Projects team in Karratha and across the Pilbara. You’ll be working alongside an experienced crew in a supportive, safety-focused environment with a genuinely strong team culture.
About the Role:
This role is suited to operators with extensive Final Trim Grader experience who take pride in precision, consistency and quality workmanship across civil construction projects.
You will be required to confidently perform final trim works to tight tolerances, working with GPS and survey control to deliver high-quality outcomes across roadworks, pavements and bulk earthworks projects.
What You Will Bring:
Essential:
- Extensive operating experience within earthworks environments
- Demonstrated ability to trim to tolerance and maintain line, level and finish to specification
- Strong experience with GPS and UTS systems
- Trimble preferred, however Topcon or equivalent systems will be considered
- Proven understanding of plans, set-outs and design levels
- Valid Driver’s License
- Relevant mobile plant tickets / licenses
- Ability to present fit for work at all times
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company and site safety standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Highly Regarded:
- RTIO / Rio Tinto site inductions
- HR+ Drivers License
- Experience working on major Pilbara projects
- Ability to operate additional mobile plant (Roller, Loader, Skid Steer, Excavator, ADT, Dozer)
