LOCAL HR/HC DRIVER

Coolway Trans, a leading family-run business in refrigerated transport, is looking for reliable, hardworking, and energetic HR/HC Drivers to join our team. If you’re motivated, safety-conscious, and looking for long-term employment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe operation of late-model automatic trucks for refrigerated transport across Perth Metro and some Regional.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service with attention to detail.
• Occasional weekend work as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• HC Licence and extensive knowledge of the Perth Metro area.
• At least 1 year of Perth Metro driving experience.
• Refrigerated transport experience is highly desirable.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Driver History Report.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test.

Job Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, start between 4 am and 8 am.
• Casual Rate: HR $41 / HC $43 per hour during probation.
• Permanent Rate: HR $39 / HC $41
• Overtime Meal Allowance: $20.32
• Location: Jandakot WA 6164
• Perth Local Work with occasional weekend work available.
