LOCAL HC DRIVERS AM/PM Shift

Coolway Trans, a leading family-run business in refrigerated transport, is looking for reliable, hardworking, and energetic HC Drivers to join our team. 2 shifts are available:

• AM Shift – Start between 4-8 am
• PM Shift – Start between 10 am -12 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe operation of late-model automatic trucks for refrigerated transport across Sydney Metro and some Regional.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service with attention to detail.
• Occasional weekend work as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• HC Licence and extensive knowledge of the Sydney Metro area.
• At least 1 year of Sydney Metro driving experience.
• Refrigerated transport experience is highly desirable.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Driver History Report.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test.

Job Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, start between 4 am and 8 am.
• Casual Rate: HC $43 per hour during probation.
• Permanent Rate: HC $41
• Overtime Meal Allowance: $20.32
• Location: Glendenning NSW 2761
• Sydney Local Work with occasional weekend work available.
