Conplant Pty Ltd is the largest privately owned specialist compaction and construction equipment company in Australia. Our core business includes the hire and sale of compaction & construction equipment with associated servicing and the supply of parts and transport services.

Conplant’s success and stability in market has led to the need for a Storeperson to join our Ingleburn yard. Reporting into the National Parts Manager, you will assist with store inventory, ensuring parts are available and accessible for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

You will also:

• Assist in the unloading, receiving and storage of all ordered goods, maximising resourcing by stock rotation and stock checking.

• Organise and co-ordinate the despatch of goods, picked/packing and keeping records of freight nationally.

• Ensure that all store areas adhere to workplace health and safety requirements.

• Stock takes of parts, tracking the actual stock requirements against recorded parts and predicted needs.

• Transport a range of parts and equipment to internal and external customers.

• Maintain the parts department company vehicle and uphold clean appearance and periodic minor maintenance e.g. checking oils & fluids.

• Retain appropriate driving records in line with legal requirements.

• Undertake a range of other planned and ad-hoc duties as required.

You will bring:

• Class C Licence is required.

• Forklift Licence is essential.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Practical experience of workplace health and safety legislation.

• An organised, methodical approach with the ability to follow well established safety procedures is essential.

• Attention to detail.

• A flexible ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness and ability to work as part of a small team.

• Ability to use IT equipment such as tablets.
