Rare opportunity for a customer service expert to join our Finance Team at Australia’s leading aggregator.

The Role  

This twelve-month fixed-term contract role within our Finance Team will be responsible for providing support to our brokers (customers) with queries and issues relating to commission payments, as well as assisting with processing Lender commission statements.

Additional responsibilities also include: 

  • Responding and resolving broker queries via our ticketing system (Intercom) within required timeframes. 

  • Collaborating with colleagues to determine cause, and resolution, of problems where required 

  • Assist with reconciliations, commission payments and other tasks as required. 

  • Providing ad-hoc support to Commissions Officers and wider Finance team when required. 

The Person  

As an experienced customer service professional, you will be eager to learn and love building relationships with others. You will be inquisitive in nature and enjoy using your problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail, time management skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task, and initiative will be critical to your success in this role. You will also possess the following: 

  • Previous experience in a finance administration or customer service role. 

  • Proficient ability in the Microsoft Office suite. 

  • Experience with Intercom or similar ticketing system. 

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.  

  • Strong numerical ability. 

  • Ability to handle sensitive issues in calm and constructive manner, and escalate when required. 

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within a team environment.
