Despatch Manager

About the Role: CLA is seeking a highly organised and results-driven Despatch Manager to lead & oversee the accurate, compliant & efficient despatch of goods from our Arndell Park, NSW warehouse.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role, where you will not only manage & direct the despatch function but also actively work alongside the team on the warehouse floor to ensure daily targets are achieved.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end despatch function, ensuring all outbound shipments are packed, documented, loaded & delivered in accordance with customer requirements, company standards and SQF certification standards.

You will lead the despatch team, coordinate closely with warehouse, inventory & transport providers, & drive performance outcomes across safety, DIFOT, loading accuracy & margin targets — while remaining actively involved in daily despatch operations.
