We’re committed to professionalism, empathy, and delivering real results for both our customers and our team. Now, we’re looking for Customer Relationship Specialists (CRS) to join our friendly and supportive team in Parramatta on a full-time permanent basis.

About the Role

As a CRS, you’ll be the frontline of customer engagement – responsible for reconnecting with customers, understanding their financial circumstances, and guiding them toward positive solutions. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Conducting outbound/inbound calls with customers to negotiate tailored repayment solutions
  • Skip-tracing and locating customers using investigative tools and resources
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts with accuracy and empathy
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Achieving performance targets while delivering excellent customer service

About You

You don’t need a background in collections to succeed here – we value attitude and a willingness to learn above all else. While prior experience is a plus, it’s not essential. If you’ve worked in retail, sales, or customer service, you may already have more transferable skills than you realise! We’re looking for people who are:
