Customer Relationship Specialist – Parramatta

Team Leap • Parramatta, New South Wales 2150, Australia • Full-time

Description

Ready to take the next step in your career?

Ready for a change?

Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience, this is your chance to join a supportive, growth-focused team in the collections and financial services industry.

About our Company

At Complete Credit Solutions (CCS), we’re driven by one mission: to provide better financial outcomes for our customers through flexible payment solutions.

Since 2012, we’ve grown into a leading Australian owned business that buys and manages debts in a compliant and customer focused way. We work with both consumer and commercial debts — meaning we support individuals as well as business loans.

We’re always looking for enthusiastic Customer Relationship Specialists (CRS) to join our friendly and supportive team in Parramatta on a full-time permanent basis.

About the Role

As a Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS), you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. Your job is to understand their situation and help them find a suitable way to get back on track.

Here’s what you will do day to day:

• Find and contact customers using skip tracing tools when they’re hard to reach.

• Make outbound and take inbound calls to talk through their financial circumstances and agree on suitable repayment plans.

• Manage your own portfolio of accounts, staying organised, empathetic, and professional in every interaction.

• Follow company and regulatory guidelines to ensure all communication and decisions are compliant and respectful.

About our People

You don’t need experience in collections to succeed here — what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn. If you’ve worked in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service, you probably already have the right transferable skills.

We’re looking for people who are:

• Great listeners and confident communicators

• Resilient, and able to handle tough or sensitive conversations

• Calm, friendly, and respectful, even under pressure

• Motivated to hit targets, whether working on your own or with a team

• Reliable and organised, and ready to build a long term career

Employee Experience

We will pay a salary based on experience + performance-based monthly incentives.

Our goal is to create a feel-good culture, where our team members feel supported to learn their craft, achieve their goals, and increase their contribution. This is an opportunity where your effort can increase your reward.

We offer pathways to grow your career. Continuous learning and ongoing development opportunities are embedded in the way we work.

Dressing up, cash giveaways, food drives, running races, and acts of kindness are things we actually do here at CCS, because we think connection, fun, and laughing make for a great place to work!

Ready to Apply?

If you’re looking for an opportunity to join a supportive team, where your efforts are financially rewarded, we’d love to hear from you! Apply now with your resume.

Our next induction commences on Monday 9th March 2026.

At CCS, diversity, inclusion, and belonging are central to our culture. We strive to create a workplace where people of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities can thrive. As an equal opportunity employer, we work to provide reasonable adjustments that ensure a positive, barrier-free recruitment process and a supportive environment for everyone.

Our recruitment process involves a National Police Check. A criminal history does not necessarily disqualify a prospective candidate from selection.
