We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, proactive and customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support our day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to oversee daily workflows and provide supportive leadership to a motivated team.
In this role, you’ll enjoy a mix of essential office administration and on–the-road tasks-delivering and collecting vehicles to ensure every partner and customer receives a seamless, outstanding experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the road: Take charge of the seamless delivery and collection of vehicles, ensuring every customer gets a “five-star” handover experience.
- Be the right hand: Partner closely with the Branch Manager to keep the team moving and operations running the clockwork.
- Step up and lead: Act as the go-to leader for urgent matters and operational challenges when the manager is away, maintaining seamless branch operations.
- Quality control: Take pride in the fleet by prepping and washing vehicles so they look absolute best for the clients.
What You’ll Bring
- Preferred experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry.
- A full and clean driver’s license, a motorbike license is an advantage but not a necessity.
- Physical ability to wash and prepare vehicles for delivery
- Exceptional customer service skills, with at least one year of experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in the rental, fleet, or vehicle industry (advantageous)
