Summary:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers to join our team. These part-time, permanent roles are essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, ensuring their developmental needs are met while promoting a love for learning. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners, contributing to their growth and development in a supportive setting.
We operate under VECTEA , which will determine pay rates and conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children’s physical, emotional, and social development.
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for children, ensuring their wellbeing and security.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the educational programme.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s development and learning outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Qualifications:
- VIT Early Childhood Teacher
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check clearance.
