Community Care Foundation is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support NDIS participants across Hervey Bay and Maryborough.
This role involves personal care, complex support needs, medication administration and community participation. If you are are confident and capable in your support services, we are looking for you!

The Role
• Support NDIS participants with personal care and daily living skills
• Assist with medication administration and documentation
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)
• Support community participation and social inclusion
• Maintain clear and compliant reporting
Shifts include days, afternoons, evenings and sleepovers across a 7-day roster.

Essential Requirements
- QLD Driver’s License
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
- Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster including sleepovers

• Experience with complex behaviours
• Experience implementing PBSPs and restrictive practices
• Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
