This isn’t a traditional broking role, it’s a chance to use your broking expertise to make a real impact across our network.
As a Broker Success Partner – Broker Partnering, you’ll be the go-to expert behind the scenes, delivering high-quality processing, technical, and advisory support to our brokers. You’ll ensure operational consistency, accuracy, and compliance, helping our brokers thrive and focus on what they do best: serving clients and growing their business.
✨ What You’ll Do
• Support the Broker Partnering & Processing Solutions Teams, Network Brokers, and clients with broking duties
• Act as an extension of the broker’s business, managing administrative and technical aspects of the broking process
• Review risks, coverage structures, endorsements, and policy wording for accuracy before issue
• Ensure brokers have clear visibility of task progress, turnaround times, and required information
• Execute all transactions accurately in line with regulatory, compliance, and insurer requirements
• Liaise with insurer partners to resolve processing issues or clarify underwriting requirements
• Keep up to date with insurer systems, platforms, and underwriting guidelines
• Advocate for the unique value of Broker Partnering services
• Monitor adherence to CBN policies, procedures, and quality frameworks across workflows
• Maintain your qualifications and CPD through continuous learning
• This is an internal broking role only – no external client visits required!
💡 What You’ll Bring
You’ll thrive if you’re proactive, detail-focused, and passionate about supporting brokers. You bring:
• 3–5 years’ experience in general insurance broking
• Tier 1 or Diploma of Insurance Broking (completed or in progress)
• Experience in broking platforms, insurer systems, and CRM tools
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience in centralised processing or broking support, ideally with regional or national broker networks
• Strong planning, organisation, and customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams and share knowledge openly
• Ethical approach and strong professional integrity
