About the Role
Your purpose in this role is to help create consistently positive customer experiences and contribute to Colwell Conveyancing Group’s ongoing success. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and professionally, customer satisfaction remains high, and our internal processes are followed with accuracy and care.
You’ll work closely with both our conveyancing and executive teams, collaborating daily to support our clients and uphold our shared values.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Responsiveness
– Respond to all customer enquiries in line with our communication and responsiveness expectations.
– Provide clients with the information they need as quickly and clearly as possible.
– Apply our Customer Service Framework to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
– Maintain accurate customer data at every interaction.
Customer Experience Delivery
– Evaluate daily customer interactions to ensure decisions are always in the client’s best interest.
– Action all customer enquiries as early as possible.
– Contact all customers who have settled in the previous 24 hours.
– Share feedback with the team and help achieve the best possible outcomes.
Collaboration & Team Culture
– Communicate openly across all departments to support customer outcomes.
– Support colleagues to achieve team targets and business goals.
– Help contribute to our positive workplace culture and participate in company events.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who is proactive, personable, and enjoys helping people.
Experience in professional services, conveyancing, legal practices, or real estate is highly regarded but just as important is your ability to build rapport, communicate with clarity, and stay organised in a busy environment.
