About the Role:

We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team, assisting clients across Melbourne and regional Victoria. If you’re newly qualified and eager to start your career with an NDIS-registered provider, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with communication, social interactions, and behaviour
  • Assist in maintaining daily routines, structure, and consistency
  • Respond calmly and effectively to behavioural challenges or sensory needs
  • Communicate with clients, families, and the wider care team
  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or related qualification)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in personal care, manual handling, and hoists
  • First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Ability to comply with all NDIS compliance requirements
  • Flexible and adaptable to different client needs and schedules

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

We’re seeking reliable, compassionate, and values-driven professionals who are committed to providing safe, person-centred support. You should have experience in disability services and a sound understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and participant safeguarding.
