About the Role:
We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team, assisting clients across Melbourne and regional Victoria. If you’re newly qualified and eager to start your career with an NDIS-registered provider, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with communication, social interactions, and behaviour
- Assist in maintaining daily routines, structure, and consistency
- Respond calmly and effectively to behavioural challenges or sensory needs
- Communicate with clients, families, and the wider care team
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or related qualification)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in personal care, manual handling, and hoists
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Ability to comply with all NDIS compliance requirements
- Flexible and adaptable to different client needs and schedules
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
