About the role:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable female Support Worker to assist a client living in Daylesford. This role involves both personal care and behavioural support, requiring someone who can work independently and respond confidently to a variety of situations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Help client with community access and transportation needs
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Support with meal preparation and household tasks
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Experience & Qualifications:
- Qualification in Health/Aged Care/Disability Services
- Minimum of 1-year full-time experience in Australia within Health/Aged Care/Disability Service
- Qualification in Health/Aged Care/Disability Services
- NDIS Worker Screening Check ID or ability to obtain one
- First Aid & CPR Certificate or ability to obtain one
- Current Driver’s License, own car, and comprehensive/third-party insurance
- We are committed to child safety. This role requires compliance with child safety policies and completion of pre-employment checks, including Working with Children Checks.
