About the Role

Coastal Advisory Australia is a growing, multi-state financial advice business, expanding through acquisition and integration.

We are looking for an HR Manager to work closely with our COO and senior leadership team to support this growth, helping to lift capability, improve consistency, and embed scalable people practices across the business. You will play a hands-on role in supporting leaders, solving people challenges, and contributing to how we build and scale our workforce.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with managers and senior leaders to improve team performance and capability
• Provide practical HR advice across employee relations, performance, and workforce planning
• Support integration of newly acquired businesses and alignment of people practices
• Deliver HR initiatives and projects aligned to business priorities
• Own and manage day-to-day HR operations and processes
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and employee experience
