This is a dynamic and influential position for someone who thrives on connecting strategy with delivery, translating client needs into tangible outcomes that deliver long-term impact.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and present tailored reports, insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and business growth.

About You

We’re looking for the kind of person who:

  • Spots what matters fast, then turns it into a clear plan and gets momentum behind it.
  • Can move from “great idea” to “here’s the roadmap, owners, timelines, risks, and how we’ll measure success”.
  • Brings people along, connecting the work to the bigger purpose so stakeholders genuinely commit, not just comply.
  • Influences confidently without formal authority, including with senior leaders and strong personalities.
  • Is comfortable with regular travel and flexing hours when needed to get outcomes over the line.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong background or experience in Transition to Work (TtW) is highly desirable. Exposure to, and the ability to learn all Employment Services Programs including Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), and Workforce Australia (WFA) is required.
  • Ability to interpret data, analyse performance and make evidence-based recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare strategic reports for senior leadership and board audiences.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvements.

What can we offer?

  • Competitive salary with the opportunity to salary package up to $15,900 per year, plus performance-based incentives of up to $10,000 per year.
  • Work from home with flexibility arrangements to support work-life balance and individual needs.
  • Mobile, health and wellbeing allowance.

  • Corporate health insurance discounts.
  • Awarded Employer of Choice in The Australian Business Awards 2019, 2021 and 2024.
  • Inclusive Employer 2024 / 2025 & 2025 / 2026 recognised by Diversity Council Australia.
  • Be apart of a recognised Disability Confident Recruiter (DCR), reflecting our commitment to inclusive recruitment practices and creating opportunities for people with a disability
