Cloud CROWD is looking for a Modern Workplace Support Engineer to support major Windows 11 deployment programs across enterprise customer environments.

This role suits a technically strong field or Level 2 engineer who thrives in fast paced deployment environments and enjoys solving real world endpoint challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second line support for end-users, addressing technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot build, application, and configuration issues.
  • Support device provisioning, enrolment, and migration activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives.
  • Document technical processes and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and best practices.
  • Assist with on site and remote rollout activities
  • Work closely with senior engineers to ensure smooth deployment outcomes
  • Maintain clear ticketing, documentation, and issue tracking

Required Experience:

  • Proven Level 1/2 desktop or field support experience
  • Hands on experience supporting Windows 10 or Windows 11 environments
  • Experience assisting with large device rollout or refresh programs
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, hardware, and user environments
  • Ability to work directly with end users and technical teams
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and practices is an advantage.
