Modern Workplace Engineer – Intune

Modern Workplace Engineer Cloud CROWD is seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Engineer to join a high performing consulting team delivering secure, scalable Microsoft endpoint environments for enterprise and government customers. This is a hands on engineering role suited to someone who enjoys designing and delivering modern device management solutions at scale, with a strong focus on standardisation, security, and user experience. Key Responsibilities – Design and implement Windows 11 Standard Operating Environments – Lead Microsoft Intune configuration and policy design – Deliver large scale device fleet deployments and refresh programs – Develop build standards, security baselines, and deployment methodologies – Harden endpoint environments in line with ASD Essential Eight and CIS benchmarks – Work closely with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions – Provide technical leadership across modern endpoint architecture and best practice Required Experience – Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Intune – Proven experience designing and deploying Windows 11 SOE environments – Demonstrated delivery of large scale endpoint fleet rollouts – Experience with Autopilot, compliance policies, conditional access, and endpoint security – Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills Desirable Certifications – Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate – Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator – Security focused Microsoft certifications are highly regarded
