About the role

  • People Operations

Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and pre‑employment checks

Manage smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences

Maintain accurate HR data, documentation, and compliance records

  • WHS & Wellbeing (your standout strength)

Coordinate WHS systems, training, reporting, and risk actions

Support incident reporting and follow‑up

Contribute to organisation-wide wellbeing and psychological safety initiatives

  • Learning & Development

Manage Go1 access, training reminders, and reporting

Coordinate workshops and capability‑building activities

  • Culture & Engagement

Support recognition, events, and connection initiatives

Bring ideas that help strengthen a positive, inclusive culture

About you

You’re an organised, proactive HR professional with demonstrated experience across HR coordination and WHS. You’re confident managing compliance tasks while also supporting people initiatives that make work better for everyone.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have experience in HR, P&C, or WHS roles within an Australian context
  • Understand WHS processes, risk management, and reporting
  • Communicate clearly and build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Work with discretion, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy supporting people, solving problems, and improving processes
